Special Education Process Coordinator
Ms. Caton joined the Citizens of the World team in 2023-2024 and serves as our Special Education Process Coordinator. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Special Education from the University of Central Missouri. Ms. Caton has more than 25 years of experience in schools, educating students as a paraprofessional, special education teacher, and substitute teacher. She looks forward to continuing to serve our families by guiding them smoothly through our special education processes.
