Literacy Coach
Ms. Foster joined the Citizens of the World team as the English/Language Arts Coach during the 2024-2025 school year. She holds a Bachelors and Masters in Education from Graceland University, as well as an Educational Specialist degree from Park University. She has more than ten years of experience working in district and charter schools in the Kansas City area as a teacher and administrator.
