Special Education Process Coordinator
Ms. Jones-Franklin joined the Citizens of the World community as a Special Education Process Coordinator during the 2024-2025 school year. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education and a Master of Arts in Special Education from Graceland University. Additionally, she has earned her Specialist in Arts in Elementary Administration from the University of Central Missouri. Ms. Jones-Franklin has more than 17 years of experience in special education, serving as a teacher and process coordinator in another Kansas City school district.
