Mrs. Roland joined Citizens in 2021-2022 and is a 5th grade teacher. She holds a B.A. in History from College of Wooster and is pursuing her M.A. in Education from Missouri State University.  Prior to joining us, Mrs. Roland had 11 years experience in district and charter schools in North Carolina as well as the Kansas City area. In addition, she was the Director of Teaching & Learning with Teach for America – Kansas City.
